Domestic Shipping (Continental US)

Processing: Orders received are shipped from stock the same day. We ensure fast, reliable delivery to get your products to you quickly.

International Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, please note that there are restrictions on some products and certain products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Alternative Shipping Methods

For shipments outside the US or when using methods other than ground shipping, please provide your company shipper numbers for UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Rates will be calculated based on weight and your preferred carrier's pricing.

International Orders

How to Order International

1. Provide Shipping Account Information: Supply your UPS, FedEx, or DHL shipping account numbers in the order comments section or email sales@tek-stock.com
2. Complete BIS-711 Form: Download and complete the BIS-711 form (End User Agreement) and email the signed copy to sales@tek-stock.com
3. Form Review: Tek-Stock will review your completed form and contact you to confirm shipping details
4. Shipment: Once approved, your order will be shipped using the carrier and account you provided

Returns Policy

Stock Items - 30 Day Returns

Tek-Stock will accept returns on all stock web-store items purchased within 30 days of receipt. A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

Return Procedure

1. Notify Us: Contact Tek-Stock by phone or email before returning any items
2. Get RMA Number: You will receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to reference on your package
3. Ship Prepaid & Insured: Return items to us prepaid and insured. You are responsible for return shipping costs
4. Receive Credit: Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your return. Credit issued will be 70% of original purchase price (minus 30% restocking fee). Original shipping and insurance charges are not refundable

Return Requirements

Important To ensure your return is accepted, items must meet these requirements:

• Original packaging must be included
• Item must not show signs of oxidation from inadequate storage
• No visible handling damage, scratches, bends, cuts, or stripped components
• Item must be in resalable condition

You can easily request a return online:

1. Log in to your Tek-Stock account
2. Navigate to "My Account" and select "Complete Orders"
3. Find the order containing items you wish to return
4. Click "Return Item(s)" to initiate your return
5. You'll receive an email confirmation with your RMA number
