Order Minimums
Export Compliance & Verification
Due to the nature of our products, the exporting and re-exporting of materials supplied by Tek-Stock LLC is regulated by the US Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS).
We are required to verify all customers' country of origin and refuse to sell to:
- Any banned or restricted countries
- Companies we deem to have questionable intent for use of said materials
All customers must comply with US export control regulations. Non-compliance may result in order cancellation.
International Customers
Minimum Order: $200
BIS-711 Form Requirement
If your company is considering a purchase and you are based overseas (non-US based), we will require a BIS-711 form to be completed, signed, and emailed back to us.

End User Statement Form
Required Documentation
For all foreign/international customers: An End User Statement Form will be required at the time of order placement. This is mandatory for compliance with export regulations.
Credit Terms
Credit Approval
Credit terms will be based upon a credit check. Please note that international orders may have different payment requirements than domestic orders.

- Prices quoted are EXW (Ex Works)
- Quotes remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted
Unit Pricing
- Unit prices are per foot (unless otherwise noted)
- Minimum order quantities are as shown in your quote
- Cable sold with +/- 10% variance (industry standard)
- Various reel sizes may apply
Lead Times
All quotes indicate lead time as "TO SHIP ARO" (After Receipt of Order)
If marked "TBD," lead time is subject to raw material delivery schedule and availability
Stock & Availability
Stock is subject to prior sales. NC/NR (No Credit/No Returns) applies to certain transactions.
Product Formats
- Semi-Rigid Cable: Sold as 5ft straight lengths (industry standard)
- MaxForm Cables: Sold as coils / reels
Certifications & Compliance
REACH/ROHS Certifications
REACH and ROHS certifications may be subject to a $250 fee per item.
Manufacturer Certificates of Conformance & Test Reports
Manufacturers' Certificates of Conformance (COC) and test reports are available upon request.
ISO 9001 Certification
Tek-Stock's ISO 9001 certificate is available upon request.
Quality Provisions
Unless specifically requested at the time of quotation, quotes do not include any Quality Note provisions.
Tolerance Standards
Tek-Stock LLC terms and conditions apply to all quotes and orders that are placed. Standard industry tolerance: +/- 10%
Tariffs & Price Revisions
Tek-Stock LLC reserves the right to revise a quotation after issuance between the parties to include the imposition of any applicable tariffs by a Government's authority that may become due hereunder. The seller may invoice the purchaser for said additional amount.
Note: Customers will be notified of any tariff-related price changes before final order confirmation.
